The units have the feature of small volume, light weight (one third or half volume & weight of general reducer), large transmission ratio range (Ratio of single-stage reducer is from 9 to 87. Ratio of double-stage reducer can reach 7569), high efficiency, high loading capacity and stead & reliable transmission.
The differences between them are the model, higher motor power and the increased permissible torque for X series.
Model and transmission ratio of X series cycloid speed reducer
Single-stage speed unit has the models X2, X3 ,X4 ,X5, X6, X7, X8, X9 and X10. Their transmission ratios are separately 9,11, 17, 23, 29, 35, 43, 59, 71 and 87.
Double-stage speed unit has the models XE42, XE53, XE63, XE74, XE84, XE85, XE95 and XE106. Their transmission ratios are separately 121, 187, 289, 385, 473, 595, 731, 989, 1225, 1849, 2537 and 4189.
