Four series gear reducer |
The four gear units are novel transmission device and composed of Y series motor, helical gear, bevel-heliacal gear and worm gear, which are adopted for wide adaptability. Any transmission ratio and installation position are seleted according to the actual demands.
1.The units have the feature of compact design, small volume, nice appearance, heavy transmission torpue and high loading capacity.
2.The units have large transmission ratio range.
3.The efficiency is up to as high as 96% with low consumption, excellent function, small vibration and low noise.
4.The units have the feature of high versatility and low-cost maintenace. Especially for production line, proper maintenance is achieved by using some internal transmission spare parts.
5.The units have new seal device for good protection, srtong adaptability and are capable of working continually in corrosive or damp environment.
6. The housing of units are made of cast iron. The helical gear are forged from high wear-resisting alloy materials and the surfaces of housing have cementite hardened and quenched. |
