2. WS series helical worm reducers are the combination of helical gears and worm gears. A single machine can reach transmission efficiency as much as 96%.
3. The units have precise division of transmission ratio with a wide range. The combination of machines can produce a larger transmission ratio at a low output speed.
4.Various ways of installation: Foot installation,B5 flange installation or B14 flange installation. Foot installation reducer has two machine foot installation planes, hallow shaft installation style except 37 serve two parameter for customer select.
II Working Environment
1.Working temperature: -40℃-50℃ (The lubrication should be heated until above 0℃ if the machine works below 0℃. )
2.The working place should be lower than 1,000 meters above sea level.
3.The input rotational speed should not exceed 1,800 r/min. The circumferential speed of the gear should not exceed 20m/s.
4. Suitable for normal-reverse rotation.
5. Without industry limitation.

1. The input shaft style is not equipped with any motor.
2. Motors of Y series are supplied with protection grade if IP54 unless otherwise specified.
3. The installation position of M1 as shown in the installation position is the default way when supplying unless otherwise specified.
4. 0℃ as shown in the installation position is the default connection box angle when supplying unless otherwise specified.
5. The installation position of A as shown in the installation position is the default way when supplying reducers such as WS, WSF, WSAF model unless otherwise specified.
