Domestic acceleration, enterprise expansion intention is strong

It is understood that industrial robots are the “main battlefield” of RV reducer, an industrial robot legs, waist and elbow need 4-6 RV reducer. In recent years, the domestic controller and domestic servo motor have made rapid development, but the current domestic RV reducer market is still occupied by foreign brands.

At present, the domestic RV reducer overall market share is only about 30%, huge room for improvement. Domestic RV reducer has achieved the mass production of Zhongde, Qinchuan machine tools, double ring drive, giant wheel intelligence and other enterprises, competing to expand production to grab market share.

Cailiannews reporters learned that the current RV reducer downstream demand is relatively strong, in Germany, Qinchuan machine tools and giant smart orders in hand saturation. Since this year, the company RV reducer orders are full, the production workshop is working overtime to catch up with the schedule. At present, the annual production capacity of RV reducer is about 60,000 units, and it is expected to exceed 80,000 units by the end of this year, when the gross profit margin is expected to be no less than 30%. Qinchuan machine tool related people told Cailiannews reporters that the company’s RV reducer design capacity of 180,000 sets, has been put into use at about 90,000 sets of capacity, the remaining capacity according to market demand can be started at any time. Double Ring Drive also said earlier in the video conference call, currently, the existing RV reducer annual capacity of about 100,000 units, the company is also doing a new round of expansion plans.
