RV reducer is the invisible “hero” in the field of industrial robots.
Don’t look at its appearance, but every tooth shape, every hole has extremely strict accuracy requirements, it is because of this high precision requirements, so that this field has been blocked by foreign neck for nearly 30 years.

The global robot reducer market has been showing a high degree of concentration. Industrial robots around the world, 80% of the joint reducer is the use of Japan’s RV reducer, in this 80% of the company, and more than 80% are all used in the same Japanese reducer, it not only monopolizes China, but also monopolizes the world.
In the warehouse of Wuhan Essence Reducer Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “Wuhan Essence”), a “black big” with a diameter of 1.1 meters and a height of 1.3 meters is being powered on for test operation. It will be mounted on an 11-meter-long robotic arm to maintain the operation of the “artificial sun” in a nuclear fusion reactor.
RV reducer is the core component of industrial robots, equivalent to the human body shoulder, elbow, knee and other important forces and accurate operation of the “joint”, its core technology has been monopolized by foreign countries in the past.

Since the successful production of the first worm gear reducer in the 1980s, Wuhan Essence has been deeply cultivated in the industry for more than 30 years. In 2011, Wuhan Essence began to develop high RV reducer, company founder Yu Yunqing led the company more than 10 technicians to challenge RV reducer. Tens of thousands of tests were scrapped, packed into a truckload. With unremitting efforts, in 2014, the company successfully independently developed the RV reducer, which was identified by the provincial science and Technology Department as “the overall technology reached the international advanced level”. In March 2015, the RV reducer was officially mass-produced and put on the market.
